About KHET™

Realigning leadership and culture to strengthen trust, accountability, and performance.

Organizations don’t stall because leaders lack intelligence or effort — they stall when clarity erodes and behaviour drifts from values.

KHET™ helps leadership teams regain direction, rebuild trust, and execute with discipline, so people can thrive and results improve.

Leadership isn’t only a role — it’s a responsibility entrusted to us for the good of others

We work with leaders who know their team is capable of more —but something unseen is standing in the way.

  • Unrealized performance despite high talent

  • Leaders feeling drained instead of energized

  • “Something is off”… but the cause is unclear

If that sounds familiar, we can help.

Our Approach

Our approach is organizational development coaching — not generic performance coaching.

We help you:

  • Identify root causes beneath cultural and execution issues

  • Close the gap between values stated and values lived

  • Strengthen accountability, clarity, and trust

  • Build behaviour systems that sustain high performance

Clients say we help them see what they couldn’t see before — and act on what matters most.

How We Work

KHET is a Christian ministry expressed through leadership and organizational practice.

Our work is grounded in the Christian faith and shaped by convictions rooted in Scripture — that leadership is not merely technical or strategic, but moral and formative. We believe leaders are stewards of people, power, and purpose, and that truth, integrity, and responsibility are not optional traits, but essential disciplines.

We work with leaders across belief systems who are willing to engage honestly, act with integrity, and take responsibility for the culture they shape. Our Christian grounding informs how we understand the human person, authority, accountability, and restoration — it is not imposed, but it is not hidden.

Who We Are

For those who want to understand how faith informs this work, we’ve shared more here.

KHET Coaching & Consulting is a leadership and organizational development practice that works with leaders and teams navigating complexity, misalignment, and moments of consequence. We partner with organizations where leadership behaviour, cultural coherence, and moral responsibility matter — particularly during seasons of transition, growth, or strain. Our work focuses on restoring clarity, strengthening trust, and translating conviction into disciplined leadership practice.

Our Grounding

KHET is led by Germaine Breese-Henderson, a global HR and organizational development leader with more than two decades of experience guiding senior teams through complexity, misalignment, and cultural drift. Her work spans Fortune 50, global consulting, nonprofit, and high-growth environments, with a particular focus on leadership alignment, values-driven behavior change, and restoring organizational clarity under pressure.

Germaine is trained and certified in organizational development and change leadership and works fluently across a range of evidence-based leadership frameworks and assessment tools. She brings a disciplined, integrative approach to her work — one shaped as much by formation and stewardship as by strategy. Outside her professional work, she is an avid gardener and lifelong steward of animals, holding that meaningful growth requires care, patience, and intentional cultivation.

Leadership is more than influence or authority — it is stewardship. It is the responsibility to create environments where people can thrive, contribute their full gifts, and trust the direction they are being led.

At KHET, we believe that performance and integrity are inseparable. When behaviour aligns with values, trust grows. When trust grows, accountability becomes shared. And when accountability becomes shared, teams rise.

Our understanding of leadership is shaped by Christian convictions about the dignity of the human person and the responsibility leaders bear for the lives and work entrusted to them. Virtues — like humility, courage, honesty, and patience — are not abstract ideals. They are daily leadership practices. They are how we love our neighbour at work. They are how leaders build cultures that last.

We help leaders bring their deepest values into their most demanding moments — not perfectly, but consistently — because that is where transformation happens.

The result is a renewal of clarity, trust, and disciplined execution. A culture where the behaviours leaders model match the future they are trying to build.
