About KHET™

KHET works with leadership teams when alignment breaks down and performance stalls.

Organizations don’t stall because leaders lack intelligence or effort—they stall when clarity erodes and behavior drifts from values.

KHET helps leadership teams regain direction, rebuild trust, and operate with clarity and discipline so teams can move forward together.

We work with leaders who know their team is capable of more—but something is getting in the way.

  • Strong talent, inconsistent results

  • Leaders feeling drained instead of effective

  • A sense that something is off, but the cause is unclear

If that sounds familiar, we can help.

We work directly with leadership teams to surface what’s causing misalignment, adjust how leaders are operating, and restore clarity and trust so the team can move forward.

Our Approach

Our work focuses on how leadership actually operates—how priorities are set, how decisions are made, and how accountability is held.

We help you:

  • identify what is driving breakdowns in culture and execution

  • close the gap between stated values and daily behavior

  • strengthen clarity, ownership, and trust

  • establish ways of working that hold under pressure

Clients often say we help them see what they couldn’t see—and act on what matters most.

How We Work

KHET is led by Germaine Breese-Henderson, a former Chief People Officer with more than two decades of experience working with executive teams in complex, global organizations.

Her work focuses on leadership alignment, rebuilding trust at the senior team level, and helping teams regain clarity in how they operate and make decisions under pressure.

Our Experience

KHET is grounded in the Christian faith and shaped by convictions rooted in Scripture—that leadership is not only strategic, but moral in responsibility and formative in its impact on people and culture.

We believe leaders are stewards of people, power, and purpose, and that truth, integrity, and responsibility are essential disciplines.

We work with leaders across belief systems who are willing to engage honestly, act with integrity, and take responsibility for the culture they shape.

This foundation informs the work.
It is not imposed—but it is not hidden.
